THAIVIA is owned and developed by PropertyStore Thailand. This notice explains the cookies and similar storage the portal uses as it is prepared for public launch, and how to change your choice.
Essential app storage
The hosting and sign-in service may use essential session and security storage. THAIVIA stores your cookie choice in your browser under thaivia.cookie-choice.v1. The record contains a version, the essential-only choice and a timestamp, and is treated as valid for 180 days. No enquiry content is stored in this preference record.
Usage statistics and advertising
THAIVIA counts how the portal is used: that a search was run, that an enquiry was saved and that a property page was opened. Those counts are kept as aggregate statistics so we can see whether the portal is working and where it can be improved. They record no name, email address, phone number or message, and they are never sold or used to build an advertising profile. THAIVIA configures no advertising pixels and no cross-site trackers. If we ever add one, it will be offered as a separate choice you can refuse, and this notice will be updated before it runs.
Manage your choice
Reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time. You can also delete the preference using your browser’s site-storage controls. If storage is blocked, the notice may return on your next visit. Blocking sign-in storage may affect access.
Hosting and editor services
These controls govern THAIVIA’s app features. Base44 provides hosting, sign-in and the separate app editor. Its account and platform services may set their own cookies outside these controls.
